Congressman Joe Courtney is going to "Walk a Day in My 'Para' Shoes" with Council 760 Chapter I112 members working in Mansfield Public Schools. The goal of the event in Mansfield is to raise awareness of the job responsibilities and expectations of CT's paraeducators through the Congressman's visit to classrooms and his participation in hands-on curriculum activities with paraeducators and their students.

A press conference with Rep. Courtney and union members is scheduled at 10:55 a.m. in the school library and is open to all media. Members of the press must check in at the main office for a visitor's pass.
