Legislative Action

Purpose: SEIU and its affiliated organizations in the Change that Works campaign are organizing members to call their representative in Congress to urge their support for affordable, guaranteed healthcare.

Action: Members should call anytime during the day to say:

• I'm calling from SEIU to make sure that Rep. __________ knows that we need real healthcare reform in 2009. 
• The House healthcare bill, H.R. 3200, will provide quality, affordable  care for all with good benefits and affordable costs.
• Healthcare can’t wait, please vote for H.R. 3200, America's Affordable Health Choices Act, before you leave for vacation.
