We endorse politicians who support the things we believe in; good paying jobs, decent health care and retirement benefits, quality government services for our citizens, and improving the lives of working families in our state. We work hard to elect politicians of either party who share these goals.

In addition to the public services we deliver, many of our Union members serve our communities in a variety of other ways. From involvement in grassroots advocacy organizations to holding elected office, we are creating new opportunities to make a difference in the lives of our friends, family, and neighbors.

Members are encouraged to share their local connections by completing the community service/elected office survey linked below.

We're more than just Union members. We're also working people trying to make ends meet and raise our families here in Connecticut, and we face many critical challenges. By signing up as Member Action Organizers (MPOs), we have the opportunity to elect leaders to all levels of government who will tackle these issues and stand by us, rather than help special interests stomp on us.
