Family child care providers have one of the most important jobs in our communities -- caring for our precious children.

But even though parents in our community depend on child care professionals to keep our kids safe and help get them ready to succeed, the State of Connecticut doesn’t trust us with a voice so we can advocate for the quality child care services we all depend on.

By strengthening the voice of working families and family child care providers, SEIU is leading a national movement to improve care and early education for our kids.
