From the beginning, our members wokring for municipalities and boards of education maintained a strong partnership with the Connecticut State Employees Association (CSEA), who had assisted in forming our organization. After affiliating with the Service Employees International Union (SEIU) as Local 760 in 1987, we set about uniting our members into a single, local public sector union for Connecticut.

Now that we are united with CSEA/SEIU in Local 2001, our members are committed to delivering quality public services all Connecticut's residents can count on!
