Program: Council 400 Executive Committee Member Nancy Driscoll and State health plan carriers Anthem, CVS/Caremark, UnitedHealth Care Dental and Oxford Medical Plans representatives; all retired Connecticut state employees and their guests are welcome.
Breakfast includes: Sausage, eggs, bacon, juice, and coffee.
