Hartford Common Council Meeting (Living Wage Action)

March 22, 2010, 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM

Hartford City Council Chambers, 550 Main Street, 2nd Floor, Hartford, CT

City Council Meeting

Purpose: The City of Hartford's Living Wage Task Force has prepared new recommendations to go before the full City Council for implementation that would benefit our Council 760 members who are school bus drivers and monitors in Hartford Public Schools.

Agenda: Council members will not be taking public comments on issues on the meeting agenda, so come to talk with elected officials directly from 6:30 PM to 7:00 PM; meeting begins at 7:00 PM.

Action: The Council is expected to vote on the revised Living Wage Ordinance resolution, and members are urged to turn-out to show their support for a stronger law. Sign-up to speak to elected officials and we can help members with simple talking points.
