Purpose: The Supreme Court is hearing arguments in the appeal by Governor
Rell's Administration of a Superior Court decision in 2008 that recognizes previous Labor Board rulings certifying the election of Dept. of Public Safety State Police commissioned officers to join our Union in 2006.
Agenda: Union Staff Attorney Bob Krzys will argue on behalf of our CSPCOA Council members that they are entitled to a voice on the job, and that the Rell Administration has flouted the legal opinions of the State Board of Labor Relations, the Attorney General, and a Superior Court Judge.
Action: Attend and show our CSPCOA Council members support for their long-running efforts to have their union rights respected.
