As our union staff representative, Joanna provides us with the information, tools, resources and backup necessary to handle grievances and other worksite problems. Joanna also serves as chief spokesperson at the bargaining table during contract negotiations, supporting the efforts of our elected bargaining team members to improve our workplace conditions, economic opportunities, and retirement security.
