We are over 850 members working for the State of Connecticut in a variety of agencies providing instruction, education, and rehabilitation to children and adults. Our Council was organized to bring State education and rehabilitation professionals together into a single bargaining unit for a powerful voice in improving delivery of vital services to the communities we serve.
 
Our Council Officers and stewards meet at least once each month at our Local hall in Hartford to address concerns affecting our members and work on our longer-term agenda issues.
