It’s important that as stewards, we are able to serve as mediators between our members and management because, after all, we are committed to improving the environment for the children we instruct.

Our Council’s members work in a variety of State agencies providing critical services to children and adults. Our members work as State School Teachers, Mental Retardation Adult Services Instructors, and Vocational Rehabilitation Counselors, in addition to a dozen other vital instructional, educational, and rehabilitative positions.
