Contracts, Pay Plans, and Stewards Material

Our first source of information is our individual chapter leadership. They know most about our worksites and contracts, and are the most effective source for solving workplace problems. Our first line of defense in protecting our workplace rights are our job stewards, who are fellow members trained to enforce our contracts, provide education on our rights on the job, and file any grievances that may be necessary.
