Monthly Delegates Meeting & Elections


Purpose: Monthly membership meeting of P-4 Council delegates, alternates, Chapter presidents, and stewards.

Agenda: Food will be served at 6:30 PM -- includes election of Council and Union positions to serve two-year terms from 2010 - 2012:
P-4 Council President;
P-4 Council Vice President;
P-4 Council Treasurer;
P-4 Council Secretary;
Executive Council Delegates; &
P-4 Council Auditors.

The Council's appointed Nominations Committee recommended a slate of candidates on June 22 to be endorsed for the P-4 Council elections, and their full report with the names of candidates is linked below.

NOTE: Both the Treasurer's Report and minutes from the previous meeting are uploaded to the Union's ftp server below -- delegates and alternates can access the P-4 folder where pdf format files with the agenda and previous minutes which will be available prior to each meeting -- they are also available in print form by request from the Local's union hall.
