After months of negotiations, in June of 2007 we resolved a grievance filed with the State over the Objective Job Evaluation (OJE) process, which greatly improves the classification and compensation system for our P-4 Council members working in Information Technology.
We are reaching out to affected members to work on implementation of the changes, as well as to address the failure of some agencies to recognize the new job titles. To take appropriate action on agency-initiated re-class requests or denials, we need members to provide details of their individual case.
