Steward, P-4 Council
Our P-4 Council represents a wide variety of engineers, scientific experts, and technical professionals working for the State of Connecticut. Our Council’s Chapters are organized by State agency or worksite to unite co-workers together for strength in the workplace. For some of the larger agencies, we have organized membership into multiple chapters by related job classification.
Our Council leaders meet the first Thursday of the month at 7:00 PM at our CSEA/SEIU Local 2001 Hall in Hartford. Delegates and alternates can access the minutes from previous meetings, which are uploaded to our Union's ftp server linked below.
